The Carlton Apartments is a great place to live! We lived here for three years and we had a wonderful experience. We loved the spacious living areas, renovated kitchen and bathroom spaces, and beautiful landscaping. Randee, Jimmy, and the rest of the staff were always friendly and responsive. Though it is an older building, it is relatively well maintained. All maintenance issues were addressed when necessary. We did not have an in-unit washer and dryer, so the laundry room was not ideal, but it was worth the compromise for all of the other features of the apartment and the complex.

I had a great experience living at Carlton Apartments. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The maintenance team is excellent—whenever I needed something repaired, they always came promptly and got the job done. The property is kept clean, and my neighbors were friendly, which made living here even more enjoyable. I also want to recognize Ms. Randy from the management team. She is always nice, professional, and truly cares about the neighborhood and the residents. Her dedication and positive attitude make a real difference.
