My family has been living at Carlton Apartments since March 2020. The outdoor amenities, such as the large pool area and dog park are very good. The apartments were built in the 70s. For that reason, the rooms are quite a bit larger than in newer complexes. In my experience, the management company and the maintenance staff are very responsive. Property Managers Randee and Ari are courteous and helpful . Maintenance staff Jim, Antonio, and their colleagues respond in a very timely manner. Their experience allows them, in most cases, to fix the issue the same day.

I have lived in the Carlton Apartments community in Ewing for almost 38 years now, & I would like to say that it is a pleasant, "family-like" envirnment, where neighbors seem to really care about each other. The expansive grounds are nicely maintained, & give you a relaxing feeling, not like the 3 & 4 story "bee-hive" type dwellings being built everywhere today. The apartments are very spacious, with large rooms & updated kitchens & baths. Our manager, Randy, is so pleasant & helpful, & always ready to assist with anything you need.
