Hector and the maintenance manager were very professional, personable and pleasant. They responded quickly to all my requests and recently fixed a minor issue with my newly installed AC unit that was making an unusual clicking sound. Thanks again, guys!!!!! Overall, the Pavilions is a VERY nice community. NO trash or garbage on the compound. Compound is always kept clean. It's seems to be a very safe community so far. I moved into my unit 4 months ago and I LOVE it so far. Very quiet and nice.
