Apartments are very spacious as well as modern. The Staff is quick to answer calls. Grounds are kept groomed all year long, snow removal done quickly. Grass cut and bushes trimmed as needed. We love the barbecue area.

I long for washer and dryers to be included into each apartment. It would make my life so much easier, however, there are multiple laundry rooms at the complex. If washer and dryers were added into each apartment I would hope that there would be no additional water fees.

Make sure there are no roaches in the apartment before you rent. 2 weeks in and dealing with that. Front office has been very helpful so cannot fault them. But would rather not deal with this after the amount of rent im paying. Would expect a bug free enviroment.

Fortunately, a friend of mine talked to me about Royal Cresst Appartments, so I headed to the office almost just arrived from Spain. Everything ran smoothly and I rented quickly and easily a very nice appartment for a few months. When I left it, I came back to my country, and I couldn’t deposit the check. Believe it or not, YEARS after having left the appartment, the company has just given me another check so as to be able to get back the money from the deposit.

I was a resident at Royal Crest Apartments since 2009-nearly 16 years!!! I was happy to call this place my home for my son and I. Of all the apartment complexes I've lived in NJ-this one is by far the best! It is quiet, neighbors keep to themselves, clean, and I always felt safe here with my son especially as a single parent. Furthermore, because of the on-site management such as the maintaince guys-they were the absolute BEST especially Craig (he went above and beyond for me over the many years I lived there and for that I am truly grateful).

My husband and I moved in 3 weeks ago. We love it here! The staff are very friendly, quick to answer your questions. My apartment was move in ready, I didn’t need to clean anything. We moved into a one bedroom, very spacious layout. Large rooms. Roxanna and Dave are on top of everything. There was a BBQ GIVEN to the residents, we attended to meet our new neighbors. Very surprised when we went! This was a fabulous spread. Burgers, Hotdogs, 3 kinds of salad, and so many desserts. It was a good time for all. Thank you Roxanna and everyone that had a hand in preparing such a fabulous BBQ.

All of my 4 years of living at Royal Crest it has been nothing but amazing. Such a great place to start a living. Great environment, clean, quiet, convenient shops and markets nearby. Management were always helpful. Roxana is the newest property manager and she is so kind, knowledgeable & just overall great person to speak with. Shoutout to the maintenance team!!! All of the guys were so helpful during my years there! So quick to help and fix any issues that you may have! So respectful of your home and update you on everything. Truly will miss this place and the crew!

Roxana, at the Royal Crest Apartments, has been nothing but helpful! She has been patient, kind and understanding, all before I even moved in! She helps squash any anxiety I may have been feeling and has been absolutely wonderful. I’m so happy to be moving into a complex with staff as excellent as Roxana.

I was a resident for over 10 years. Always felt safe and at home there. The maintenance crew was always on top of requests and in a timely manner repairs were taken care of. Brianna at office was always there if you needed her. I highly recommend this as a great complex to call home. Andrea Angelico

Royal Crest Apartments cannot do enough for its tenants. The campus is safe and surrounded by parks, good shopping, schools! There are two local Catholic Churches with Catholic schools too! The library is within walking distance as are the parks, shopping and Starbucks is right across the street!

Quiet and well kept. Apt is good size. Easy parking. Grounds are maintained. Good value for my money. The staff is responsive. There are no other charges other than your electric bill. Good sized closets and a nice size storages closet

This is a beautiful complex and the leasing stuff is very nice. They answer any questions promptly and give you all the information needed. The apartments are beautiful and they have a lot of parking.

We started out a little bumpy, but since then, we enjoy the quiet, the proximity to stores and food. The maintenance staff is on point. The office staff is kind and courteous. There is a dog park, a recycle section, grills, benches, basketball and tennis courts. I live near nice people ??
