Royal Crest is a quiet community. I've met really nice folks as my neighbors. The main rd, Kuser is a busy street, but you would not believe it living here at RC. Maintenance and management have been so hands-on and excellent with communication. Any maintenance request made has been resolved within less than 24 hours and any communication with management has received a response within the same time frame. Community is also excellent in regards to cleanliness and upkeep. Only difficulty is recycling. I notice several of my neighbors do not recycle because the process is more tedious and requires you to bring your recycling to one location (best via car) and must be broken down / items added individually since plastic bags are not permitted.

Wonderful Staff & Great Location I have been living here for about 9 months so far and the property manager Deena has been very helpful in answering questions even after I moved in and it is generally very easy to get ahold of someone by phone. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly as well and usually within about a day has been my experience thus far. It is also a nice quite neighborhood and right down the street from veterans park.
