Marissa is fantastic. I had a wonderful experience working with the leasing agent for Dutchtown Manor during my apartment search. Marissa answers the phone with the most polite voice. She was completely honest when she asked "may i put you on hold" in my opinion it was absolutely nice to call the office and hear someone who cares. A BIG smile on the phone and so polite!!! On the other side.. there is a woman named Ellise,...she is extremely respectful and is willing to help with anything she can. I understand how busy these lady's must be , but they try everything to help with questions/concerns and so on. Im thankful to have the ability to live in a nice community where im proud to reside.
