Rent is due on the first of the month. It is accepted online or at Resident Services. There is a late charge of 10% that will be applied after the 5th of the month.

The standard lease is 12 months. 6, 9 & 10 month leases are available with premium fees.

• Street Parking is available on public streets. • Parking Stickers are required for parking lots and service streets. (Washington Lane & Cheltenham Ave) • 1 Parking Sticker allowed per leaseholder. • Garages available for rent.

Comcast & Verizon service available. We are sorry but no satellites are allowed.
