Let me start by saying that I genuinely love this complex. Coming from the Upper East Side, being able to see grass every day, walk my dog, hear birds chirping, and enjoy the quiet surroundings has been incredible. Maintenance is excellent—you can schedule repairs without even needing to be home. The amenities are solid, and the price compared to the city is very reasonable. However, there are a couple of things worth noting. The internal road is posted at 10 mph, but many residents ignore it and drive closer to 30 mph.
